Our investment services are aimed at private individuals, companies and institutional clients, starting with a minimum of €100.000. However, we feel that an investment portfolio with suitable diversification and properly low costs should be of no less than €250.000.
This depends on the specific characteristics of each client. In general, and bearing in mind that our philosophy entails investment in tradable assets, clients should not invest amounts that may be necessary for unexpected situations (medical expenses, unemployment) or that they believe will be needed within the following two years.
Prospective clients must present copies of their identification documents, address and employer confirmation, as well as fill in the following documents: Investment Account Contract, Client Information and New Account Forms.
Casa de Investimentos believes that equities are the assets that deliver the best returns in the long run. Thus they are essential to the compounding of our clients’ net worth. Our investment philosophy advocates that, in the long run, investment allocation to equities must be high. Nonetheless, asset allocation is analyzed individually for each investment account, according to the objectives, restrictions and characteristics of each investor.
